When SAP Marketing needed help creating campaign assets for its global customer base, they called the Content Bureau. “Our Content Bureau team knows SAP so well that they’re self-sufficient,” says marketing director Scott Andariese. “They take first crack at messaging and branding, refine that with us, and button it up. When we’re ready for layout, the Content Bureau goes directly into the SAP library and finds the right material to leverage.”
The Content Bureau has created dozens of high-quality marketing assets for Andariese and his colleagues. The agency was instrumental in establishing a team logo, a tagline, and a polished, consistent set of branded templates.
A witty short video helped launch the team’s charter inside the company. Targeted assets such as newsletters, copy blocks, brochures, partner guides, and web copy followed.
Launching a new initiative requires a whirlwind of deadlines and deliverables, and Andariese was glad to know that the Content Bureau had his back from the start: “It’s so nice to pick up the phone, say ‘I need help,’ and know that the Content Bureau will be fast and accommodating and get it absolutely right.
